When words aren't enough. . .

On Monday, after I got the call that our new grandson had arrived, I was filled with feelings I longed to express but there were no adequate words. So, instead, I turned to the peaceful tranquility of my yard and walked and thought and felt and whispered prayers of gratitude.

Some tears from the memories of some of those plants but thank you for reminding me.

  2. Karen, I just love sharing the "stories" behind all the growing things in my yard with anyone who is willing to listen (sometimes even if they're not) and I would love it if you came for a "tour." I have johnnie-jump-ups from your house by the river where you grew up.
